I frequent the Smoothie King off of Tennessee and get the same thing everytime. I tried this location on my way to work and decided to put my quarters to use. Went through the drive thru-There were 3 African American girls (which makes it worse) working and I could hear the one helping me laughing the whole time as shes counting my money. The total came out to 10.75 I gave her 11 in quarters. She gave me a penny back. I sat there for a sec thinking whether I should say something and I decided to. Another girl came to the window and I politely let her know I believe I was given the wrong change. She with a slight attitude asked for the penny back. She came back with the quarter and I said thank you ..she said nothing to me.
I felt like it was a crime that I had used my quarters. I thank God Im in a great financial state because imagine if I wasnt. I want to encourage these young ladies to be careful with how they handle customers.
