I generally like coming here, but this last time, the older gentleman behind the counter was less than enthusiastic to help me. Instead of doing the simple internet search for me, he suggested that I go home and pull the part from my truck.

They had what I needed but were very reluctant to help me like I'm used to at Discount Auto or AutoZone. I ended up frustrated and took the things I bought with me to find help elsewhere. I will not be shopping there ever again.

Shockingly horrible service. I needed fuses and was running late. Found what I needed and the price was fair. But although the store was empty except for another gentleman also waiting at the counter, the staff members stood around engaged in a personal conversation. I finally returned the parts to the shelf and left the store. Surprisingly neither the person who was standing at the counter with his back to the store watching nor the other two so much as turned around. Not once even said I’ll be with you in a minute. Sad experience.
