The customer service was exceptional. They performed significant research to identify the root cause of a problem the dealership couldn't identify and charged me a very reasonable price. I will return and highly recommend.

Got a leveling kit installed and I am really happy with it and the price couldnt be beat.

Got an alignment done there because not many companies can do alignments on trucks with 6" lift. Notice a vibration on the way home. The next day the vibration got really bad so I jacked it up to see what the issue was. I realized I could wobble my front right tire. I reached down and realized my lug nuts were all loose and one was missing. By loose I mean I could tighten them with my hand. Very dangerous. To add to it I noticed on the same tire that my stabilizer bar link was missing the sheath that goes over the bolt. The bolt portion was just loose going from the control arm to the sway bar with no sheath and no nut on the bottom. I wondered why when I asked Dale Earnhardt GMC who in Tallahassee could do alignments on lifted trucks and even though Truck and Car Concepts is right down the road they never mentioned them, They literally gave me companies on the opposite side of town.
