I just wanted to drop you and Brian a note to tell you how pleased I am with the service on our Audi. The AC is working like a “champ” now. ... and the job on the Window regulator is really great. What a pain in the neck a job like that is!!
I was so surprised to see the car all cleaned up and washed when I picked it up!! Brian doing that was really “above and beyond” what would be expected. I have not been to your place that many times since you opened the new location, but each time that I come there, I always hear little “snippets” from very satisfied customers. You are doing a really nice job. Please share this note with Brian and give him the well deserved tip enclosed.
During our lifetime we all must spend most of our waking hours at work of some kind. It is really nice to see a business with a friendly, low stress environment ... as well as very happy customers.
You guys keep up the good work!!!

I had a little trouble finding the place because I think Google has the address wrong, but the Downtown Stuart location is 712 SE Dixie Hwy.
Service was great! Andy runs the Downtown Stuart location and is a really nice guy. I went in with a check engine light on and idling problems. It was a simple and relatively cheap fix and Andy didn't try to hit me up with a bunch of other unnecessary charges.
Labor rates at Crown are standard for most places, but I'll pay standard labor rates any day for good, honest service.
I also asked them to check my breaks which they did for no charge. I'll need some work done on my breaks soon, but there was no pressure from them to get it done that same day which was nice. When I do get my breaks changed or need any other auto services I'll be going to Crown.
