        Soon as you walk in, you and the other customers are treated like close friends and family. I didnt have an appointment on Saturday but they got me in and out really quick (Tire mount and balance and alignment). Not only did they align my car, the tech wasnt satisfied because the steering wheel wasnt straight, he went back to make more adjustments. When I get an alignment, this is how I expect my car to drive and feel, very tight and smooth at the same time. I was skeptical because my car is on lowering springs but they have a drive on rack. I will now only go to them for any future work and alignments. Way better than the dealership. 2017 Honda Civic Si Sedan

        Scheduled a 2pm alignment today and when I arrived, they said they could not get it done until nearly 5pm. After waiting there 2.5 hours, they said they weren't going to get to it today. They were not apologetic at all. A good business would have got it done regardless or offered a discount on service. No respect for peoples time. Over promise and under deliver. Don't waist your time and money here. Atlantic tire is much better and that is where we will be bringing our future business.
