        If I could I would give this company a minus score. Trouble from the get go. I have purchased 3-4 machines and have had nothing but issues with every situation. There’s always reasons, excuses and more. My latest incident was the recall of the CPAP Machine. I was told by Doreen to use it anyway, there’s not much of a risk. ONLY CANCER. I was informed by Klemedix it would be about a year before a new machine would be issued to me. REALLY??? Do they really think I’m comfortable with purchasing more machines from this company. Think twice folks. I found excellent customer service at TOP MOBILITY IN HUDSON.

        Very polite and understanding, my oxygen concentrator stopped working late in the evening and a young man with gloves and a mask came out and brought me a new one after business hours. They take care of their customers and make them feel like family.

        Been calling for a week, e-mailed today, even went to the door during "business hours), locked, no lights, good thing I do not need anything important!!!!
