They are the best anytime I have a question Ruth and the rest of the people there are willing to take their time and explain everything to me. I would not recommend any other supply store. When I had my brand new ostomy and had no clue of how to take care of it the whole staff stepped up and was willing to help me find everything I need and how to take care of it and how to find help from nurses and professionals. I couldn't ask for better people at a time when I had no clue of what I was doing with an ostomy. Between the panic and the stress of a new colostomy and the hospital that I was at not offering to help me at all sent me home with one bag and one wafer. All Florida Medical and their staff was willing to help me no matter what I needed and for this I think them. It has been a year now and even now when I have a question or don't understand something they step up to the plate and are always there for me. They're courteous, they get everything done in a timely manner, and when you walk into the store it's like you're the only person there no matter how busy they are they will stop take their time and help you out. You only allow us to give them a 5-star rating but in my book they are much much more than five stars they were my lifeline with a brand new ostomy. Thank you all Florida Medical for being there for me and for the staff at the store and it's the store on US 19 and I would not go any place else. I never recommend anyone to go anyplace else other than All Florida Medical, once again thank you from the bottom of my heart you have made dealing with my ostomy and my cancer a lot easier.

Very friendly staff, decent prices but store doesn't always stock what we needed although they did offer to order things. Overall very pleased with this store.
