I was going to order here but decided not to after reading the reviews. To the person that said the flowers were dead when delivered, taking a pic with your phone would have given you the date taken. Get your money back!

Ordered a bouquet from ny by ridge florist ,to be delivered to my sister in Sebring, flowers were delivered already dying and brown ,when I called the florist the girl said the manager will call me back ,she never did ,I disputed my charge card and ridge lied saying the flowers were perfect. I had to pay 78.35 for dead flowers ,I hope the owner chokes on that money ,your business is a pathetic excuse for a florist and you are a theif.

Ordered 12 roses for Valentines Day. They were delivered TWO DAYS LATER and only had 8 roses in it. With some pathetic single pipe cleaner heart. There was no call, text, or email for a warning or an explanation/apology. Based on these reviews, and the establishment they were intended to be delivered to, this happened to everyone. Oh and their phone had a outage the entire day for Valentines Day, so no one answered when calling to ask about the bouquets whereabouts. Shop anywhere else but here. Even Publix instacart would deliver the correct flowers on the correct day. Beyond disappointing.

I live in Minnesota, my daughter-in-law in Florida. Going by the pics posted on Ridge Florist website, I ordered a bouquet, plus a box of chocolates for Valentine's Day just the day before & they were delivered on time, a beautiful bouquet, & her favorite Russell Stovers chocolates!!! I am very pleased & will be placing more orders. Thank you so much Ridge Florist!!!!
