        Got my mom something for her birthday she wasn't home they left a note. When she got home called 4 times and left 3 messages. Never called her back. Unfortunate circumstances she wasn't home the next few days. Since it was a gift I left my number they called once I didn't notice. I received an email saying "hooray you received your gift" total lie. Talked to the owner Chuck who was rude offered a 50% off discount and gave me a lecture in business. Very unprofessional and would absolutely never use the Sebring branch again.
