RCI Roof Services Inc

I recently bought a house and rci roofing reroofed the florida room as part of the sale. Less than a month after i bought the house the inside ceiling collapsed from water damage. The ceiling was filled with mold and the drywall was soaked. I called rci to fix their mistake but they were reluctant to do the work. After a week of calling the office they agreed to repair the roof but never called me when it was finished. I was told by bobby that he would repair the inside ceiling but he never followed through. Now the office is not returning my calls and there is still mold all over my new house. Rci roofing does poor quality work and doesn't follow through with their promises. I was going to use them to replace my main roof but after this experience i would never use this company ever again.

Polite, respectful, worked around storms, covered everything to protect all that was vulnerable to rain, would have been done much sooner without storm delays. Replaced asphalt shingles with metal roof.
