Absolutely horrible customer service.  The owner Susan, is very hard to deal with and watch out if you want to return or exchange something.  She likes to make you feel like 'you've' done something wrong.  They've lost a great customer but Bit O Yarn, Englewood has gained one, whose owner Carrie is awesome and eager to help.

I'm from Wisconsin on vacation and was looking for a local yarn shop here to get some goodies. This shop is amazing. Well organized, a nice variety of yarn and displays of patterns. There were even notions I couldn't find at my local yarn shop. I love that one wall is the Florida wall with local yarn and goods. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and very good at enabling my addiction. Check out the reef wall with crocheted animals. Thank you for a fun hour and I will be back!
