It is a store where you can find many craft items as well as flowers of different styles, storage containers, portrait holders, seasonal decorations and much more. Now I must say that the prices are somewhat high which makes me go to other places to look for what I need.

No, no and no. After waiting several minutes for service, the manager Laurie came to the frame department and proceeded to ask if anyone was just picking up. Of course there people behind me were all picking up and she continued to take them one at a time while I waited. This policy of determining who is more valuable and or more important based on the intricacy or lack thereof of the services needed is ludicrous. So my getting there first and prior to all of those who were standing in line behind me did not matter. nor did she seems to care. Many years ago I used the services of the frame department at Michaels frequently with service that was exemplary. Under the current management, it is fair to say that I will no longer be using their services.
