I bought my first block of apartments with Maurice's help in 2011 in Gillespie Park. Maurice was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Then another great investment followed in Downtown Sarasota with 12 residential units. Maurice Connaughton possesses great negotiation skills. I can not rave more about Sarasota Signature Real Estate and Maurice Connaughton enough. I recently had to relocate to Sarasota from Fort Lauderdale at a very short notice due to a work transfer. A local Irish pub owner in Fort Lauderdale referred me to Maurice and he did not disappoint.
