Buildings look nice in the rendering, but fall far short in reality. Over-promise/under-deliver. Beware advertised specs like ceiling heights and square footage can fall far short of actual measurements. There seems to be a big difference between what a developer considers ceiling height and the actual height of your finished ceilings (curious, never would have imagined). The public spaces are a far cry from what was represented (even car advertisements have to disclose more in their advertising). I Love the building (great location, design,fantastic neighbors), but I consider it only 90% complete and awaiting (it's been 3 years now) for Matt to do the right thing and deliver the finished product that resembles what was portrayed in marketing materials. I want what I paid for - doesn't everyone? As they say, "caveat emptor".
