Pier 1

I purchase two swings from Pier 1 last year and I just called Pier 1 to let them know that there is an issue with the item and I was told that Pier 1 is under new management and they cannot help me I would not recommend anybody buying anything from them anymore. They are still under Pier 1 and theyre representing Pier 1 so they should fix my items but they refused to do so. I am stuck with my swings

I recently purchased a painting from Pier 1 online. There were 2 sizes available, the one that I ordered turned out to be too small for the wall area I wanted it for. I want to return it, but Pier 1 is not customer friendly. It is impossible to find the returns information on the website and no one responded to my emails. After searching for the returns information I found it in an obscure area of the website. They make it very difficult to return orders. They dont offer refunds, only credit at their website and the customer is responsible for the shipping charges. They lost me as a customer, I will never shop at Pier 1 online again.

This location it looks like it's been closed down I went there because it was the closest one to my home but it was all closer and nothing inside the store it was cleared out completely so I'm just trying to verify if anybody else had the same situation but I went there I'll add a picture of it so everyone can see that I found nothing there and it was at the loop here in Kissimmee Florida but I would not aware that it was going to be that location closed down. It's very sad that we have been losing a lot of stores lot of outlets due to the pandemic and I'm not saying that this store we lost so the pandemic but it was doing fine before we got hit with covid-19 after that there are so many stores closing down over here in Florida and I hear there's a long list of many more to come this is sad especially here in America what it is what it is my people so if you have anything to say to comment please do so please mark follow follow us completely to see words our next adventure this is Johnny from adventure with the Rivera's off to my next adventure to find out what's next.
