Sleep Number

Danny went above and beyond regarding customer service. While corporate sleep number failed on a delivery date and clearly did not care Danny was able to work hard to get our delivery date moved up. I definitely recommend Danny for your sleep number needs.

Angel was our sales rep and he did a fantastic job of the education and demo. We ended up purchasing the Climate 360 and are awaiting it. Not a fan of the lady there that called me and felt like she was trying to jack his sale but Angel is awesome.

I was incredibly excited to get a sleep number mattress. I had been wanting one for a very long time. I was completely disappointed when I got it. It was hard and very uncomfortable. I called them after two difficult nights of sleep and was told that they could not issue a refund or schedule a pick up until I had it for 30 days. When I finally was issued a refund I was charged $250 to have it picked up. So much for satisfaction guaranteed. This was an expensive lesson. I caution anyone, unless you are absolutely certain that you are going to love it, from buying one of these mattresses.
