Location is in a tiny gas station with no parking lot, and no u-haul signage at all. After driving past it three times, I saw someone pulling in with a u-haul and took a gamble. They have all the rentals hidden in a tiny alley behind the gas station. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful, but the location is just NOT practical to host a U-haul rental center. It's almost impossible to navigate the rentals into/out of their cramped parking spots in a narrow alley without damaging them or your tow vehicle, and thats before you factor in the people coming and going using the gas station that you have to navigate around. The people were nice and I hate to leave such a terrible review but they need to just give up on the idea of running a u-haul rental out of that location (or pare down the number of vehicles/trailers the have by about half). Save yourself the hasle and rent form another site, even if its a much longer drive.

Everything about this Mobil gas station U-haul rental was excellent! Extremely clean, friendly, efficient, and reliable. We rented 2 U-hauls from Tim over the last month and then rental process was quick and seamless and everything was as it should be. Highly recommend and will use again when the need arises! Thank you!
