NEU provides great customer service with attention to detail even in the current nightmarish FL insurance market. These agents must endure the constantly changing policy requirements and number of FL providers offering coverage while homeowners pay 30% or more annual premium increases. This environment is full of companies not offering coverage for most dwellings, enforcing unreasonable roof requirements for the ones they do cover, collecting exorbitant premiums, but may never pay out in the end.
