I've had TBIG since I bought my house which is my first house. Today after 3 years I spoke with Corey about my insurance carrier shutting down. I could tell by the sound of her voice that she was working hard to get me new coverage in time. She walked me through all the steps that are required by their new carrier and gave me timelines and suggestions for future actions way down the line. She even explained to me why that was happening and that knowledge made things seem much less worse than expected. I appreciate having this company hovering around and looking out for me as I typically forget they even exist in my everyday life. The phone call was pleasant given the circumstances and I appreciate the professionalism, knowledge and empathy of Corey. I highly recommend having TBIG as your hovering covering agent!

If I could give negative stats I absolutely would. I was working with an agent, signing what was needed promptly and not getting responses. My policy almost canceled because no one followed up. It took multiple calls and voicemail to get a response. Now repairs were needed and the agency did not provide the information to me. They wait until the end of the day to send emails and do not call back. They are including items for repairs that are not being requested by underwriting.

The. Entire staff has been more than helpful while going above and beyond with reaching out to the additional agencies necessary for completing our information for our policy. A very seamless process from beginning to end.

Called four times in the span of 2 1/2 weeks to this agency to get a Condo Quote. What a nightmare. The agent "Liz DeBaco" put me off and put me off, Oh I am sorry I haven't got a quote yet, I will have it for you at the end of the day, so she said 3 times. She was out of the Office for an Appt, and running late, and I was told by someone else, that she would be sure to put me in front and that was two days ago. If I could have gotten a quote to compare to what I had, maybe they would be less, but as it is, shopping early to avoid last minute will never work at this agency, save yourself some aggravation, and just call someone else, as this is the Advice Ms. DeBaco gave me when I had to call my fourth time. Evidently, they are so short staffed, that in 2 1/2 weeks she could not find time to enter a little information into her computer system to provide a simple quote. Come on, what is there anyway, but a few short questions to get a condo quote. I GIVE THIS COMPANY A NEGATIVE 10 STARS.

I have been a customer since 2007. I have never needed help before and have always paid my premiums on time. Now the one time I need my agencys help they are completely ignoring me. My mortgage company sent me a letter asking me to buy flood insurance or they would force place flood on my home. I contacted the agency and Emily was the one helping me with the quote. I paid the policy in full and asked for proof of insurance several times without being provided proof. Emily said that she would send proof of insurance to my mortgage company. It appears she never did because they forced place coverage on me. I finally got the proof and sent it over to my mortgage company myself. They replied back with a new letter that my deductibles are too high. On Friday at 8am I emailed Emily and sent a text to the agency telling them I need my deductibles changed ASAP as I still have forced placed coverage on my home. No reply back on Friday. On Monday i morning I emailed again asking for a reply and help changing my deductibles. I also sent text messages to the agency without a reply. Now I am sitting with forced placed coverage and cant get any help at all. No one will reply to my calls, texts or phone calls. I cant pay my mortgage because of the forced place coverage so now I risk being late and getting late fees because no one at the agency will just help me change the deductible. I would stay away from this agency. They are happy to take your $ for 14 years but wont help when the time comes that you need it.
