I was referred by a person who has used Thompson & Bender many times and liked the attention to detail and number of photos. When I called I reached an answering service that took my contact number. Robert Standford called me back very quickly, asked intelligent questions, and was willing to answer mine. He explained his process, the cost, and made an appointment for as soon as was available. Unfortunately, my deadline was sooner than expected. He was courteous when I canceled and was gracious enough to give a recommendation. I was not able to get an appt in my window with them either. I wish our schedules would allowed us to do business because I felt very positive about his professionalism. I wish his company success and will keep in mind for the future.
