I had a issue with termite infestation and they came to check and measure the house. Gave me an estimate and was the cheapest of all the other companies I had come inspect. They didn’t give us much information on what we needed, just said a fumigation and gave me a price. The problem was the day of the fumigation. They inspected and my mother (who’s not originally from here) forget she left some food inside (we already told her). No biggy, we weren’t far (about 10-15mins away) and was willing to come by and take it. But no, they said something along the lines of “we don’t want to wait and waste time as we have another home to tent up”. Why would you do another’s home tenting within the same day as ours if you didn't have enough time to wait? The reason this all seems off is because it’s if they have already planned to do another’s home tenting very close timing to ours. The time it would take to sent up the tenting would take a while anyway so how do you already need to go to another home ALREADY with such a small time gap? They only wanted to charge us a rescheduling fee of $250. They claimed when rescheduling that it would take another two-three months out because they were “VERY BOOKED” but they were able to take care of us two weeks later. The day of the new rescheduled fumigation, they didn’t come by til afternoon. My father waited all day just to make sure everything was how they wanted it. We installed a ring camera just for security reasons and I don’t know how long tents stay up usually, i know its based on the conditions of the infestation. But knowing that our infestation was kind of bad as in termites flying in and out of openings, on curtains, in closets, all around the bathroom, all around the attic, I would assume you need more than 24 hrs for the tent to stay on. It was less than 24 hrs the tent was on and we came back home 3 days after they started. The whole experience felt rushed and money greedy. So if you’re looking for something cheap and know you’ll have home members who remember to take EVERYTHING out, I’d recommend this Service: Termites

Cameron Termite is unprofessional and just trying to swindle customers into paying for unnecessary termite treatment. Specifically, I purchased a home that was previously tented and treated for drywood termites. The home came with a warranty from Cameron Termite for drywood termites. I have kept and maintained that policy. My house is currently for sale and a buyer paid Cameron to inspect my house. Cameron told the buyer that they should pay them to treat the house for drywood termites!!!! They tried to swindle the buyer into paying for a service that was not only unneeded but was already treated for and warranted by Cameron !! I am furious! I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Needless to say this caused a problem with my pending sale and now my house is back on the market! Buyers and Sellers beware!
