Will never buy here again. Sent my daughter to pick up a good quality bed side commode for my mother who was recently discharged from hospital. She is stage 4 breast cancer & went in with the flu/ had to be intubated and stay a whole month. I called before she went and a woman over the phone told me the commodes are $399. My father said lets just get it (it had a cushion seat which was better than the hospital). When my daughter went there she FaceTimed me. A man told her the commodes are $800, but hed give her a sale price of $499. I wasnt there, but through FaceTime we agreed to just get it. We were desparate. These new owners take advantage of people in desperate medical situations. When we got it home we realized how cheaply made it was and wobbly, unsafe & uncomfortable. Found it on Amazon for $65. DO NOT GO HERE. On the receipt it states all sales final I called the next day and spoke to a man who seemed to be at another location . He took my phone number and said hed call me back about it. I never received a call. Just terrible.

Must be new owners. Fealty with them years ago and they were compassionate and gave great customer service. Now, wow what a difference. Rude on the phone and super over priced. No thanks.

This is not the old Padgett's you used to know. This is under new management and they don't like the fact that you can pull out your phone and find they are triple-charging you for cheap medical items. If you want to check barcodes you'll need to do it on the sly.

This place is no longer owned by Pagets medical supply and now has a new owner a table that cost you $100 on Amazon cost $500 at this place and every single item was marked up by 80 to 90% The owners were very rude I called My mothers tTherapist took a picture of an item to show the therapist if that would be what my mother would need and the owner got aggressive because I took a picture and stated pictures are not allowed in medical supply stores as stated by Medicare rules I have never heard of that I have been dealing with medical facilities for over six years my dad passed of cancer a year and a half ago and my mom still has cancer and is disabled and its sad to know that companies like this are taking advantage of peoples medical necessities and disabilities negative stars are not available so I just give it a one but theyre not even worth -5 stars
