Walmart Pharmacy

Where to begin....I had to call to tell them to actually prepare my prescriptions, I never receive calls telling me it's ready, came to the pharmacy after 2 like they said for them to tell me they didn't have the meds here, when I said I confirmed before coming, they need 15-20 minutes to prepare it, which turned into over an hour. Terrible customer service!

I could not believe it, I heard the pharmacist tell the employees that they only had to speak English with a very bad attitude, extremely rude, that is a racist comment, the employees were talking to each other, the manager has red or brown hair with curls , I am Hispanic and a customer of the Walmart pharmacy for years, I felt extremely offended, the technicians were not talking to her, they were talking to each other (Hispanics) these things should not be allowed, I am super indignant and I will never return to that place

Requested refills on my prescriptions 10 days prior to needing them. One needs refills and said doctor would be contacted. Called 5 days later to check status nothing from doctor but would try again and let me know when it was approved. Called next day stating prescriptions were all ready and when I asked all three I was told yes. Show up and wouldnt you know the refill request never happened and it isnt ready. If you cant communicate properly and place the blame game on employees I dont need you feeling my medications!

My insurance did not cover a certain medication. The male pharmacy on duty when out of his way to help me find a lower price.Was very .much appreciated.
