Sold me a 2020 Mercedes GLS I did have some minor ac issues but one of the managers Danny DeLaura got me in a rental and took care of everything even with the little bit of adversity in the deal. I thought I was on my own and he made everything right. They are lucky to have him working there I would buy there again simply because Danny is a man of his word

I brought my GMC in because of transmission issues, I explained to the service man that I didn't know where my original contract was but I was sure I had warranty,he stated that it wasn't showing up on the computer and they didn't keep hard copies,so I agreed to pay for the diagnostic.the results were that I needed a new transmission, along with other items One of the items was the air filter being bad,how ever it was replaced the day before during routine oil change.when I went back in I walked up front and explained to a lady that I needed a copy of the original contract which was provided that showed I did in fact have warranty.i handed it to the gentleman in service and he was not pleased,now I'm told yes it's under warranty but with a cheaper transmission unless I agree to pay 900+$ extra for the GMC transmission. overall I think it's dishonest and I feel slighted to say the least.i paid 6,000 down and almost 1,000 monthly, never late.if I had listened to the service depot man I would have paid 14,000 dollars out of pocket, I highly doubt I would ever buy another GMC at this rate
