I called to ask question about diesel truck or any trucks available. The person who picked up the phone was so rude. He wouldn't even let me get a word in. I'm sure that the same way their personal service is too. Will never recommend this place to any of my customers. Horrible service!

Made a reservation through BudgetTruck.com and had a confirmation number for a 12 truck. Go to pick it up and we are told the confirmation number that was issued by Budget was not valid and that they have no 12 truck (there were 5 in the parking lot) but they would rent a 16 for more money. Never again. UHaul from now on!

I scheduled an appointment for this location on a Monday and received a confirmation code only to get to the store 3 days later and the gentleman tell me that he has no trucks available. I then asked if he could call the other location to see if they have a truck. He asks me to step aside and proceeds to help two other customers and 15 minutes later I called another company to book with them. I asked him to cancel my reservation and he said he would. The following Monday I was charged $75 for a no show fee. Dont ever use this location, horrible customer service
