Staggeringly beautiful and best B and B to stay while in St Augustine. Our new go to place when we head down to St Augustine. Rooms: Nice finishes. Walkability: Easy walk to historic district.

This was our first visit to St. Augustine and the location of the Collector Inn was ideal. It was centrally located in the heart of the city yet it was tranquil, peaceful and serene. My room was bright, clean, nicely appointed. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate my requests for extra towels and a late check out. The bartender was friendly and insightful. She was very knowledgeable about local restaurants. We met quite a few nice people from out of town around the fire pit. I highly recommend this Oasis in the middle of Historic St. Augustine. I would definitely go back on my next visit. Walkability: The hotel is located within walking distance of major attractions. Noteworthy details: Every staff member from the bellman to the breakfast server, front desk, concierge were warm and friendly.

Wonderful oasis steps from St. Augustines historical district. One of my favorite places. It is a group of historic homes converted to warm and inviting lodging. Each room is beautifully appointed and full of historic charm and warmth (fireplaces, high ceilings, sitting areas, verandas, etc.) along with all modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. The grounds, however, share equal billing. Numerous sitting areas ranging from quiet garden areas with relaxing fountains to fire pits for socializing. An on site bar provides excellent drinks and is the social hot spot early evening. A small, but comfortable pool area is a great place to cool off early afternoon. You can do as much or as little as you choose. Finally, the staff is wonderful - helpful, courteous, professional and personable. They also know the city well. Every recommendation they made was spot on. This place has become my annual Spring retreat.

Won a voucher for a 1 night stay. I made the reservation a month in advanced. I asked if the voucher covers everything and was told yes, just need to pay the fee of 35 and tax. I got an email confirmation all is good. Mind you, I only live 30 mins away and there was no real need for me to stay here. Got there 30 mins early to check in and noticed the price difference! Hundreds of dollar difference... I asked what this was about and they said it's the price change and that's the difference I need to cover! The manager left for the day and would be back in the am. And that they would get it handled. Well morning came and that is what I had to pay. I wouldn't have been able to change the room or reschedule. So basically it is what it is and I needed to pay for it. If you win a voucher for here don't do it! It only benefits them. For people who is staying here, it's a nice place and location. Valet takes your vehicle off site so heads up. There will be a lot of walking if you're not use to it since it's on the other side of downtown.

Dear Ms. Suh,Please call me directly, I see no reservation with your name on it and we would never charge a rate on a donated gift certificate. Also our valet lot is 2 blocks from the hotel and the valet delivers cars to our valet pad on the property. Guests do not go to the valet parking lot. Please call me so we can straighten this out. Thanks,Charlie , General Manager
