We stayed here over New Years, Saturday to Monday. There was no working hot water! When I asked the staff they just smiled and nodded at me. They didnt even care! Doors had holes in them and didnt close properly, floors were very dirty, our feet were black after walking barefoot in the room. Ill never stay here again, and unless its a last resort option Id advise avoiding this location. Rooms: Dirty, bathrooms did not function properly, no hot water.

Okay, let's talk about this place. This is a no frills 2 star motel. That's all. They have beds, not too bad. They have a TV, small. Great shower. Not a lot of parking. The staff are nice. Ice machine works. Great wifi. Microwave and fridge. The pros. Location! It's across from the big cross. 15 minute walk to the historic streets, less to the gate. The price is right. I would stay here again. Rooms: Small but clean. Beds are okay. A little hard. Small bathroom. No black out curtains, just shades. The parking lot is bright especially with holiday lights. Nearby activities: Food, entertainment, trolley, etc all a few minutes walk. 20 or so minutes walk to the night of lights park. Walkability: 20 minute walk max gets you to where you want to be. Food & drinks: Dennys, McDonald's, pizza, subway. All near. Plenty of upscale restaurants. Food and bars just past the city gates. Plenty nearby.

The bedding is old and stained, the bathroom windows don't have locks on them. But it very close to old town, so a good location.

A correct hotel in reference to its price, the room seemed clean and tidy, I did not waste time checking in, the location is excellent, you leave your vehicle, and the tours are done on foot.
