Thank you Jason and Haley at All City Plumbing Two, Inc.  (772) 828-1331!We had a leak problem recently, so I called a plumber who was recommended on Nextdoor, and they put me off like they didn't want to be bothered. So I got a referral to All City Plumbing Two from a realtor friend and was SO DELIGHTED with their service. It's a family-owned business that really cares about the customers. They came out right away and fixed the problem immediately for a price that I thought was very fair. They have what it takes to get all my future business:  responsive, competent, experienced and honest.

I was over charged by at least $1200 maybe more.  I needed a hot water heater.  When I saw the estimate I said it was high and asked why.  The lady plumber told me it was the cost of the water heater.  When I asked she said it was $1900.  I asked why and was given a few reasons.  I allowed the heater to be put in and the other things I wanted done to be taken care of.  I supplied all the other stuff.  The final bill was $3240.  Today I found out the water heater goes for $565.  I had not bought a water heater in over 20 years so I had no idea of cost.

A couple of weeks ago I had a water heater replaced by your company. I had some other work done also which I supplied will the parts for. except for the water heater. Haley and her son mark 9 years old came to do the job. Mark's name appears on the receipt. Keep in mind he is 9 years old also. The fact is that I got the estimate from Hayley and it was $3240. I asked why it was so high.
She told me it was the water heater. I asked how much it would cost just the water heater and she said it was $1900 . At that point I asked her why it was so high. She gave me a few reasons and I agreed to let her do the job. A week ago I was on the computer and found a company DSL with the same water heater. Same serial numbers and everything for $565. I feel like you robbed me and it's a minimum of $1200 overcharge.
A MINIMUM. I really feel it is outrageous and I will make sure that this appears online and I will tell everybody I can tell. This is ridiculous and very bad business. Services: Garbage disposal installation, Garbage disposal repair, Water heater installation, Plumbing leak detection

Wasted My Time! Had an appointment scheduled for today between 12 - 2 pm. It's now after 7:45 pm. They never showed or called.
