A 5 star rating is why I called. That number is deceiving. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! They came out about 2-3 months ago, drained my tank. The gentleman that came out gave me a different price than what I was quoted. I have had it drained before and never did I have this experience. ( I felt as if I was dealing with a salesmen) I didn't write a review back then, it didn't seem worth it. But fast forward... My tank is over flowing again. I called All star they got back to a day later, maybe not a big deal , if my 80 year old mother didn't have to drive to McDonalds to use restroom. The lady on phone gave me more excuses and reasonings for possibilities. While they are correct, she offered no solution other than , I can get another opinion; they will charge another service call; and how long she has been doing this work. REALLY!!!! Lady this dose not mean your services and/or quality of communication is reflected in that 5 star rating. My parents are very elderly and have only been back in the home about 2 weeks since the tank was drained last. I highly doubt, two elderly persons can fill tank up that fast, and even with rain it still not plausible. The only thing that could make sense is the filter they did not change, because the worker stated he could not get to it. Mind you it was done before by another company, and this is the item he wanted to up sell me on.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great guy and great service. My issue started lastnight and he was here in the morning. I had zero knowledge of the septic system until today. He helped me understand and showed me how to maintain everything properly for the future. Thanks again!
