        I placed an order on 02-06-2024 for delivery on 02-14-2024, Valentines Day. These idiots show up at 7:00 PM on 02-15-2024! No apology, take it and shut up we were busy. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!! I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!! WITH SERVICE LIKE THIS THAT WON'T BE LONG

        We actually stumbled upon A Beautiful Day Florist by accident while searching for someone to handle all of the floral arrangements and bouquets for our daughters wedding. We were immediately comfortable with Linda and loved her enthusiasm about our event. She saw the vision my daughter had and this little family owned business knocked it out of the park! Flower arrangements were stunning, they were on time to the venue and even checked in with me when a small change had to happen due to an unforeseen issue at the venue. Dont hesitate to hire these folks but keep in mind that when you use an online page like 1800-flowers, etc, you are not necessarily supporting small business! It makes things very difficult on their end. Call them directly! Thank you again and we will be back for all of our local floral needs!

      Hello John, we have looked into your complaint. This order was placed thru a 3rd party online service. Not directly with us. We sent as many messages possible to wire services for all orders affected by an outage from Comcast/Ixfinity in this area on Feb.14th. As no message was received back, we sent out the flowers for delivery. We made every effort to deliver in a timely manner, adding free upgrades, etc. Our drivers are polite, friendly and would never say " shut up, and take it, we were busy".You could have refused them, but did not. We have been in business for almost 30 years, and try to take care of our clients. If you would like to discuss a solution further, please call us direct., or email us. thank you.
