My husband paid over $100 for a Valentine's bouquet and the flowers were dead and the vase was hideous!

Would give a negative star if it was possible. I ordered a large bouquet for my mother for Valentines Day and her wedding anniversary of my late father. I did call and attempt to resolve this and no manager would answer the phone, I left multiple messages and no one would contact me back which is the cause for this review. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise so when I called the day of to let them know of my gate phone number and to contact me the owner/ manager said he would let the driver know. The driver called her and was never let know of the code and ruined the surprise. The card/note that was supposed to be in it was not as they forgot it so all they gave us was a piece of paper that had the note (the note was for the driver to know who it was for). They also did not give me a time for drop off, so we waited around all day until 4pm. When you spend this much on flowers, an extra $20 for delivery on Valentines Day, and you tip $10. I think better service would be in order, or at least better management. I would not reorder from here, and Id highly recommend you dont as it is very unorganized and has NO customer service.
