Today was the third time I've used them. Called due to my AC not working and they arrived within two hours. The technician identified the problem and fixed it promptly. The name of this company is fitting. A true Five star company.

Our serviceman, Sean, was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. He explained how our system worked, recommended fogging ( which we did ) and even went out of his way to clean the ceiling in the office. He also programmed our system for us. We learned more from Sean today than the original group who installed our HVAC unit. I highly recommend Sean as the best serviceman for Air Prompt and, in fact, he was the most congenial, straightforward and professional young man that has done work in our home. After really shopping around, and we knew what we wanted, we got a very good estimate from Airprompt. A high SEER unit with a Remy Halo air purifier. They got the permit, and they showed up exactly as scheduled. The crew installed our new ac, cleaned up afterwards, and explained everything about the system to us in full detail. They followed up twice, and, after the inspection, we are totally happy. Our very quiet AC unit performs so well, out ac bill is virtually cut in half. Great job!! We highly recommend Airprompt.

Shawn Roof is qualified, knows his product, has excellent communication skills ..,.and his very pleasant to be around him at all times during the service call . Definitely want Shawn back as our service person. Service: AC maintenance
