A big thank you to Airprompts excellent Service Manager CJ who graciously fixed a complicated problem with my air conditioner this afternoon with great expertise, efficiency and excellent pricing. Airprompt is a fine company. I purchased the unit from them 6 years ago and never hesitate to call them for assistance. They are honest, knowledgable, technically outstanding, highly professional and also very kind and personable. I can count on them! You can, too! Also, a shout out to fine technician Gerald who diagnosed the problem and provided thoughtful encouragement.
