Charlotte County Water Inc. Rainsoft

Got the system from David S.Barkley at Home Depot in Punta Gorda. Seemed like a nice guy, maybe he is, IDK,never got to speak to him again. Employees there give the runaround to his location. $6000+ Later and I still dont drink the water and it stinks still. I have only had it serviced by Rain Soft. I've been very passive, but thats over now since they wont even return my call. Buyer Beware!!!

Honest and outstanding customer service! I highly recommend using Charlotte County RAINSOFT. They were knowledgeable and helpful. I was not aware of the water quality problems in Florida and they took the time to educate me and explain the water and the products. Amazing experience!

After five or six other companies reviewed our current well/water filtration equipment, a friend recommended Rick for an honest and intelligent solution. Wow, what an awesome guy, and his knowledge is through the roof!! We saved between $4,000 to $9,000 and we now have drinking water!!! And a friend for the cherry on top!

They work their Salt truck driver like a dog at this facility for $14.00 per HR they also want you to do the jobs of 10 different people. Salesman, Driver, Forklift operator, charting, verifying customer payment, cleaning up thewarehouse yard everyday and also keeping track of your own commissions because the people in the office are to lazy to do their job. I don't recommend applying for a job at this place!!

OUTSTANDING! Haven't experienced Quality Customer Service and helpfulness that David Shotwell (owner), Rick Shotwell (CEO) and Nicole provided both in-store and in-home since moving to Florida 9 years ago. The Membrane and Pre/Post Filters for my Watershield RO system needed to be replaced. Couldn't find these filters in the local big box stores anymore. Charlotte County Water Inc. Rainsoft has them! The filters purchased from here have a 3 years replacement period on the membrane filter and 1year replacement period for the pre/post filters. Unlike other filters purchased elsewhere, according to the replacement intervals of 2 years membrane filter and 6 months pre/post filters. Not having to change these filters as frequently will save money, time, and effort. The complete system needed to be inspected/tested and was a concern for me. Rick came that afternoon. Chemically tested the tap water, inspected RO system, Clacks, backwashed and made setting adjustments to save salt and properly clean media. Again, Outstanding and Highly Recommend!
