Where do I even begin. What a great experience with a family owned local company. I originally had big name water companies coming out but decided to take a chance on a local company that had a much superior product. Kelly set up my appointments and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Trevor came out and spent time testing out our water and walked us through the products they offered being careful not to over sell us products we dont need. There was absolutely no pressure in making a decision to sign today or we cant hold the price like other competitors. Trevor gave us 60 days to think it over and we knew by the next day Certain was the company we wanted to work with. Brian came out to install our water softener and RO system and from start to finish worked with my wife and I to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted and even suggested tips and tricks for us. Brian took his time and kept his work area clean. Brian walked me through every step of the processes making sure I knew exactly what was going on. I am absolutely blown away that there are still local small businesses that go above and beyond and treat you like family still. I will be a long time customer now and recommending all my friends/family. Well done Certain! You have restored my faith in what true customer service should be like.

UPDATE MARCH 12, 2024
Today Mr Cody did whole
house pipe chlorination
treatment. Chlorine sits in
pipes for six hours then we
ran all cold taps and outside
spigots for one minute as
instructed. Some black water
came out of the tap where
initial odor was detected.
No more odor, all is well

Joe came and did maintenance and annual exam on our sulfur blocking filter system flushed out jets with peroxide did great job very thorough brilliant professional and nice guy who likes dogs(our Lucy gave him)

Update: We ran into another
big sulfur gas major stinko problem
Late June. It was a real complex
conundrum but Cody hung in there with us he took his time and put 110%
effort into it and expertly brilliantly figured out and fixed what was wrong.
Nick manned the crisis line over weekend providing support and
got us through till Monday morning.
Certainly Great Service

We had a great experience from start to finish. The entire staff is wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable on their products. Kelly was the first person I had contact with and she sent a very thorough email and went over a lot of things to get the ball rolling. Trevor came out and he did a fantastic presentation and showing us how the system would improve our water. Dylan did an outstanding job on the installation! He made sure we were happy with the location of the system.
It really shows how much pride everyone in the company takes in their work at Certain Services.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a water filtration system!

We had our well pipe burst on Wednesday after 6pm, panicking I didnt know who to call, I searched in the area and found Certain Services. The after hours answering service was quick and extremely easy to talk to. Knowing it was valentines Day and most people are out, I didnt expect a call so quick from their technician. Brian was able to help me on the phone get my water turned off and told me his boots just needed tied and he would be right there. Shortly after, he showed up ready to work. It had already started to get dark so we knew time was limited. He was able find the issue, work fast, and unfortunately due to it being to dark he wasnt able to finish that night. Thankfully he retuned first thing in the morning and fixed us right up! We are very impressed with his time, ability, and commitment to making sure this was taken care of and fast! If you need a service that has quality customer service, fair prices, and one of the best techs out in the field, I say give them a call because they made sure we were fully taken care of in an extremely vulnerable situation.
