Gulf Reef Homes

We used Gulf Reef Builders to build our home in sw Florida. The home building process was fine. Our problem is after the build was complete. Repairs and small fixes have been requested over and over again. . The builder has yet to fix many of them after 15 months. Once you have paid in full, don't expect much to be corrected. We have basically given up and are fixing things ourselves. It shouldn't be that way but making money off of new builds is more important than completing what was promised. We are quite disappointed.

Great people to work with. Went to many models and met with numerous builders. But we really liked their model and Builder. So we are in process of building with them.

Great place beautiful homes driving by however to many speed bumps that are to high in width
