Do NOT do business with them. You will regret like myself and other customers. Please read their other reviews in North Port location, Corporate location, and BBB. In two weeks will mark 24 months when I signed the contract and they still don't know when house will be ready. There were 20 failed inspections on my house already. I checked other builders and some had not even one failed inspection. Do research and choose carefully.

Mr. Michael was Amazing! So kind and helpful! We are SOOOO excited to have our house built...and especially more so, by people who you can go in and see, keep in contact with, are always helpful, always there...and just... Care. Highly recommend!!!!

For those who are reading my comments, please keep in mind that, as frustrated as I am with Holiday builders, and continue going through the worst experience anyone can expect as a new home buyer, I am going to limit my opinions and just give you the facts. Today 5/4/2023, two years later from when I signed the contract, my house is not ready for closing yet. If you are thinking of buying your new house with them, keep in mind that just because you sign a contract with a specific price, doesn’t mean that Holiday builders one year later, or before finishing your home, can’t increase the price with no choice for the buyers than to accept the price increase! Keep in mind that they are very poor at customer service, and they don’t seem to care when it comes to maintaining their reputation as a business, and commitment to their community. Also keep in mind that they care very little about doing things rights, from the time they pour the concrete to painting your house, everything Is done poorly, unevenly, or miss-aligned! From the electrical panel to every single outlet inside the hose everything is twisted or out level. Expect very little communication with those who are supposed to represent you and are supposed to keep you informed in regard to the construction progress of your house, because that only happens when they need to increase your price or when you nagged them for information. Be aware that if you receive any email or correspondence in regard to the time frame for completion is useless and don’t make the mistake I make of renting or selling your home thinking that you will be closing in the given time frame because you will lose, and they will not accept any fault. And as the regional project manager, Steve Hardy, told me, it is what it is and we don’t care whether you spend any extra money or if your daughter, your wife, and you live on the street, Holiday will not compensate you for their wrongdoing! Two years later I still am without a house and 2 months after the email stating that the house would be completed in 4 weeks, I am still without a closing day, and nowhere to live, but once again they do not care! There is a delay with almost every step, and it is always blamed on someone else. No one will ever take responsibility. We watched houses that were started after ours finished and have people move in while ours just sits. There have been multiple times where zero things are done for weeks or even a month. We have caught the company in multiple lies so now it is hard to believe anything they say. It really feels like they are treating us poorly on purpose in hopes that we will cancel our contract and they can sell our house for a higher price. If you have ignored all I have previously written and still feel you want to embark on this horrific experience make sure you record the model house with the seller in the recordings, and you read and analyze every single word of that contract because it will be too late if you have not proof a year or two later when you realize that your house is no looking the same as the house they promised! I am just mentioning a few facts regarding my experience, and I know there are multiple people in the same situation! Please know that I have proof of each one of the things, I am saying, and feel free to live your information; I will be more than happy to share pictures of all the careless mistakes on the construction site, as well as emails back and for with their representatives. My advice to you is, don’t make the mistake of buying your new house with them and put your family through what I have made my family endure! Even if you must spend more money, find another more respectful company that stands by its products and does good for its customs. FYI, if you are Hispanic and English is not your first language, there are a bit races as well and your bad experience will be multiplied x 3. And not only will be limited to you but also your realtor and anyone related to you!
