Avanti Limousine & Airport Transportation

We have been using Avanti Limo and Car service for several years now. We will never use them again after this last experience. My wife and I surprised our twin 10 year olds with concert tickets and a limo ride to and from the Old Dominion concert. On the way to the concert we had to stop the car 3 separate times to get the radio to work. The faceplate was missing from the radio as well. Not that big of a deal. However, when the concert was over we took our 2 kids and our neighbors two young children out to the pick up area and had to wait for 30 minutes for our driver to return as she left the area. Her reason for leaving was a restroom break. We were at the HardRock....She could have gone there. Instead, we had 4 young children sitting outside the HardRock on a Friday night, not exactly ideal. Then on the way home, Agnes, our driver was doing 84 mph according to our Waze until I asked her to slow down , as we had 4 young children in the car. That night I wrote Danny about my concerns and he promised to make it up to us with another night on him. He also told me that Waze is not accurate and tried to not take ownership for his driver speeding. Weird, Waze is always accurate with speed in my car. Well, fast forward to the next event he was supposed to comp and now all of a sudden 5 months out on a Sunday, he doesn't have availability. He had availability via email right up until I told him I was using the credit. Then all of a sudden he had nothing. I then requested a refund as we didn't want to use them again since he can't follow through with his word and we never heard back. Not a man of his word and the service has gone way down hill. I have used and continue to use their services monthly. Always on time and always pleasant to deal with.. Super fast communication, great drivers and always friendly. Do not hesitate to use their services I highly recommend them.

I reserved a limousine For my daughters 13th birthday on January 8, 2022 as the limousine approached us I heard a rattling noise from the vehicle that was my first concern. As I sat in the limousine the flooring was ripped and side of certain padding also, there was no ice to keep our beverages cold ,the speakers at a certain volume was rattling and the Bluetooth did not work. I did not expect this the pictures did not give me any warning of this inside of the vehicle . I have two other adults to witness The way of the vehicle was presented. I also brought this attention at the end of the drive to the driver because I did not wanna make a scene during my daughters birthday and ruin the the excitement for her party guest. I do wish that the vehicle was better maintained and I do expect some kind of discounted refund. And the brighter side the driver was very pleasant and professional. I would expect a phone call with my concerns from management and I have yet to get a reply to my Email or phone calls. They seem nice to take your money yet lack to acknowledge a customer complaint. Choose another limo company!!!!
