returning from the pandemic and having to book travel and car service again, I was uncertain of how the operations would work with so many changes. The only thing that changed with Alpine is that not only have they improved on an already great service, but it is by far A+ service every single time! From calling or emailing for at times, last minute cars needed for executives, to following up before and after, especially by agents like Brittany Avishay (she is AWESOME BTW), they are the only black car service I will use for my execs! I work with Alpine on behalf of my company and I cannot speak highly enough about them! Brittany and her team are lovely and communicative, and provide all the information one needs prior to dispatching the car. I am also very grateful for the driver tracker included in the confirmation message, as well as the day of texts and e-mails notifying of dispatch, on-site arrival, passenger on board, and drop-off. They are also wonderful at very quickly confirming a booking, as well as making any changes day-of. They make it very easy to do my job and for that I am grateful!
