You cannot beat the personalized service. You always reach someone that is knowledgeable and helpful. I have a unique situation with a daughter that goes to school up north . She does not have her car but they suggested turning off the unneeded coverages I have unless she is visiting and has saved me some money while also knowing when to turn back on the coverages. Monika is very thorough and I highly recommend this agency. ...Monika recently went above and beyond over a weekend while she was off. Progressive was not being helpful at all and said they could not fix my issue for 5 days. It took Monika 5 minutes. This is the personalized service people need.
