Joy Fedelim: Allstate Insurance

All I wanted was a condo and auto quote. After several calls to them Joy called me back and I gave her the information and more that she requested. She stated on that call that she would call me back the following day but she never did. I waited until late morning two days later and talked to her secretary and just couldnt believe that I called and apologized and said she would have her call me right away. Well that never happened. I waited to do this review even the day after with no response. Good luck Joy. You must not need new business.
