        I love this community, best place to live in Plantation. Do not look anywhere else. This community has garages and large units. The other communities to not get even close to St Tropez. The gym is great and new. Lots of green areas and places to walk. Management is amazing, Juan the manager cares about his community and the maintenance staff is super fast taking care of any issues. Move in, you won't regret it.

From the moment I first inquired about renting here, Juan has gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. The grounds and common areas are always impeccably maintained, with Juan personally overseeing the cleaning and upkeep. Any maintenance requests I've submitted have been addressed promptly and effectively. Juan is extremely responsive and accessible, quickly resolving any issues that arise. He clearly takes great pride in making this community a desirable place to live. Beyond the physical property, Juan fosters a wonderful sense of community among the residents. He organizes regular social events and activities that bring everyone together. It's clear he cares deeply about the well-being and satisfaction of all who call this apartment complex home. I cannot recommend St. Tropez Apartments highly enough. If you're in the market for a rental, do yourself a favor and reach out to Juan - you'll be glad you did. His unparalleled property management skills and genuine dedication to residents make this one of the best apartment experiences you'll find.

      Our gorgeous tropical grounds located in Plantation, FL are filled with tall palms that surround the community. Pink and green floral line the waterway and fountain. Awe-inspiring architecture greets all who visit with a grand, Tuscan entryway - a true sign you are home. Serenity means a 10-acre waterway and fountain. Made for reminiscing and relaxation, take a stroll on the spacious deck overlooking the 10-acre waterway and fountain, just outside your back door. Beautiful pink and red foliage surrounds you and the sounds of peace set in. Just below the surface, plenty of fish awaits your reel if you decide to drop a line in. There's something for everyone so you can let it all out in a day of play.
