this is the worst association I have ever dealt with. they are very discriminatory and do not even follow their own deadlines but expect perfect. Omar Diaz the property manager at Fairview doesnt answer emails or calls but he watches peoples every move on the camera. Its weird and creepy activity more like a security guard. They barely have any maintenance, the guys keep quitting because they work one old man like a slave in the hot sun. A desk was left by the dumpster for weeks saying this is not our responsibility come pick it up. I left trash outside my door for not even an hour an received a call from Omar Diaz so its clear he picks and chooses who to harass. Not a good look. Cant wait to move from here and i own the unit.

They never return phone calls or care less what tenants feel or think. What happened to this wonderful group of people
