        My recent visit to Express at the Broward Mall was not a pleasant one. I went in to return an item that I purchased from another Express store and I was refused the return. The so called manager could not give me a valid reason for not accepting my return even though I had proof of purchase and was within the return window. She was awful, incredibly rude and extremely unhelpful. She simply did not want to work or help customers out.

        I had such a great customer service experience here! The yoing lady who assisted me was so knowledgeable about the inventory. I went in for one pair of pants and left with 3! I definitely recommend

        Rickey was so awesome I took my little brother in to get a suit for homecoming knowing nothing about mens fashion and he helped with everything, was so sweet, and patient the entire time. My brother feels much more confident now after Rickeys help.
