        Went in to return a pair of shorts and got the nastiest treatment from a retail employee. She was so entitled and gave me an attitude in front of my kids. Definitely will never shop at express when theres other options.

        Levi was super helpful in assisting me with an exchange from a in store pick up order I placed on line. He followed up with me the next day to confirm it had been taken care of. These days, customer service is hard to come by and Levi delivered. Thank you!
