Gateway Lakes Apartments

This place is horrible. I lived here for 2 years and everything was fine until my AC unit broke in March of 2020. I called every couple of days when it would break so they could charge the unit. It wasn’t until I called corporate that they put a window unit into my bedroom which I said that’s fine for now. They took SIX months to call me to tell me they had my replacement part. I understand we went through covid, but I never received a phone call in 6 months. They came in September to put the part in and three weeks later it broke again. They put the window unit back in for another week until I finally got a new unit. No credit was offered and now they are trying to charge me for damages done to the carpet when I moved out. Of course I emailed the manager and she offered to keep my rent the same if I decided to stay. I told her I had planned on moving out and I never heard from her again. This place does not care about its residents. Stay away. I will never recommend this place to anybody.

Just moved in and I can tell already that this is a great community. It's obvious that management really cares about their tenants and property. The apartments are clean and are very well maintained. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. My balcony overlooks a lake that has turtles, fish, birds of all kinds. It's very peaceful to sit on my balcony and watch the sunrise, sunsets in the evening. All of my new neighbors are warm and welcoming. The location is close to everything Pinellas Park and surrounding area has to offer. Pet friendly!!!! - And I must mention that it's affordable too!
