    First, Halle has always taken good care of us. Shes kind and helps answer any questions you have. The maintenance crew is fast and responsive. As far as the apartment goes, the parking is a disaster, the pond stays filled with mowed grass, the trash room is usually disgusting, we have had roaches, people dont pick up their pet waste, the fire alarms go off too often, the upstairs neighbors will always be too loud due to thin walls, and the pricing is just crazy to have all this in a living space.

    I have lived at the Allure for four years and in the time that Ive been here there have been really good things about it and some things that I didnt really like but the one thing that was consistently good was the staff in the office. The whole time Ive been here I have had excellent customer service from everyone I have dealt with Especially Halle Cooper and the maintenance man Renzo. I lost my husband two years ago and being on my own has been tough to adjust to but I always know I can count on them to help me with any problem that I have had that needed attention. Ive never been told I dont have time for you or we will get to it. Instead, any issue I have had in my apartment or with packages being delivered has been taken care of immediately by Halle or Renzo. I couldnt be happier with the treatment Ive gotten from the staff in the office. It makes me feel good to know that I have people that support me and will help me when I need it.

    The move in process was quick, easy and painless. The staff members are very kind, professional and courteous. I greatly appreciate the maintenance crews quick response, follow-up and willingness to help any neighbor in need. The property is maintained with high standards and attention to detail. The property is safe and nonsmoking.

    This place is a living nightmare. I wish I could say otherwise for the year and a half we lived there and I never write reviews. BUT I MUST WARN others & hope they dont get lured in by the appealing amenities and apartment upgrades. Im just grateful to have broke our lease (with no option really since they neglected to help with a major ac concern) that we had to outsource help and financial expenses to maintain a semi-safe living environment. Its a toxic environment. The staff since we moved in has been on heavy rotation of come and gos. I hope eventually some people stick, and build a better quality and rental experience for those looking to move in. There are two incredible women in the office Halle & Brooke, but some others there who just couldnt care less about your very existence, or concerns. If you live there currently Ill leave that to you to figure out. We also dealt with major air conditioning issue they chose to neglect most of our concerns and would send maintenance (which was always prompt to show up + kind) but they would just bandaid the problem and pour chemicals down the drainage pipes. My entire familys health especially my kids health was completely compromised while living there. We were all sick constantly. Since we moved, my son no longer is coughing all the time and I dont live nauseated from the odor the unit emitted. We did everything we could from air purifiers, dehumidifiers and more, to just make it through to the end of our lease. We also brought this to the office attention countless times, they did nothing about it. We tried to switch to another unit and they wouldnt do anything to help move us into a environmentally safer unit unless we broke the lease to do so. And than paid first and last months rent to move-in to a new unit. It was all just a nightmare. That Im truly grateful to be out off, even if it cost us. I wish I would have broke the lease way sooner ! It is an UNSAFE community with a false sense of security, even though its gated. FIRE ALARMS go OFF all the time. And while we were renters there our neighbor across from us had their trash lit on fire for not putting it in a valet trash can honestly he never did. I understand trash not respectfully put out or just taken down to the trash is inconsiderate and rude I even complained to the office about it. BUT to than have the bigger concern knowing someone was just that enraged by it to light it on fire ! If you read all this I strongly advise you to not live here & to continue to keep looking for a place to call your home elsewhere. I honestly wonder if the corporation and management from the top down is just BAD. I dont know. I do hope someone can help fix this place up as it looks impressive to a new renter. But its looks were very deceiving.
