The team here is professional, and have all their ducks in a row. I needed multiple inspections at multiple locations, and they handled it very well. I had someone not show up to let them in and they worked through those issues. We even had a mis-communication about what was needed at one property, and they were so professional about the whole thing. It's challenging to manage all the people involved in a situation like that, and they didn't get frustrated either. I had questions about what happened at one property that I asked weeks later, and they had detailed notes to be able to answer my question. I recommend them!

Very impressed!! Very professional! Called in on Monday, scheduled the inspection for Tuesday morning and within just a few hours from the time Scott completed his inspection, I had everything in my email that I needed. Most definitely will refer PII to anyone I know that is in need of the 4 Point and Wind Mitigation inspections! Thank you very much!
