Sean from Coastal Mold Services came out and did an inspection on a leaky sunroom for our family. From when we first spoke with him on the phone, we could tell he was an expert in the field and was going to be responsive and helpful. When he arrived, he found the source of the mold and water intrusion within a couple of minutes, and gave us a plan on how to mitigate it moving forward. His responsiveness, expert knowledge, and pricing is more than reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone with mold issues in this area.

They did a very thorough mold inspection on our home, and even did air sample tests to ensure we had good air quality. Would definitely recommend. Friendly and professional.
