I received a few gifts Bath and body Works because I love the product for Christmas. I had total of six items that I was returning in an exchanging. Out of all the items I only didnt have received for one item. When I tried to exchange or return this item, the store gave me hell. Mia was the name of the manager that I dealt with. She was so rude and nasty. I cant believe that they have employees like this working at the store. They tried to lowball me for item that has never been on sale. My daughter had paid $19 change and they tried to lowball and try to give me $4 dollars and change back. I asked the lady is it on sale right now she was like no this never goes on sale. Even after admitting this, they refuse to give me what was paid. I told them I have my credit card and the date that it was purchased. If they were able to look it up they refused to do that. When I asked for the Store Manager information they told me theyre not allowed to get that. I guess I will be going to the pace location from now on to shop.
